As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, John William Wege brings extensive technical leadership and analytical expertise to the directorship of HeraTech. His academic foundation includes a BCom in Economics and Information Technology, complemented by a BSc Honours in Information Technology (Data Science).

Prior to steering HeraTech, John built valuable expertise within the FinTech and cybersecurity domains, serving as an IT Manager and working directly as a Data Scientist. His diverse background equips him to effectively oversee both the operational tech infrastructure and the high-level data strategies that power the company's success.

As Chief Technology Officer and co-founder, Lowe Noe brings dedicated technical leadership and a deep understanding of modern infrastructure to the directorship of HeraTech. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, providing a strong foundational framework for scalable engineering and architectural design.

Prior to co-founding HeraTech, Lowe established a proven track record in the software development lifecycle, notably serving as the lead developer for multiple published mobile applications. As CTO, he leads the company's technological vision, leveraging his practical development expertise to oversee engineering teams and ensure that HeraTech's software systems and client solutions deliver elite performance and innovation.
